“Torre San Pancrazio” overlooks the sea on the promontory of Ansedonia marking the boundary at the south of the gulf of Argentario. It is one of the most beautiful places in all of the Tuscan coast. The view is exceptionally beautiful and sweeps from the island of Giannutri, to the coast and to Mount Argentario. On clear days, it is possible to see Sardinia and Corsica. At the back, lies the Maremma area, with its picturesque towns of Capalbio, Pitigliano, Manciano. Here, the Etruscans left indelible traces which can be admired at every step. A short distance away is the lagoon of Orbetello, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, all places where the Italian and foreign high society go to. In the town of Ansedonia, there are all kinds of services, shops, restaurants you may need. The tower stands in a private and fenced-in property which includes two other buildings which have the entrance gate in common, each with its own car park and access to the beach assuring perfect privacy. An absolutely unique feature of the tower is that you can reach the sea directly from the terraces by going down a flight of steps and go straight into the clear water in the middle of the rocks. A much appreciated feature is the shaded dining table on a natural terrace on the rocks for delightful breakfasts caressed by the sea breeze. The facility, being a particular tower with curved walls, the bathrooms created from the huge walls, the connecting spiral stairways, is not suitable for sturdy people. This is an accommodation of a unique charm with extremely original and comfortable furnishing. Included in the price: daily cleaning from 9am to 2pm and maintanance of the outdoor area.
