Positive: The apartment was amazing. Very clean and modern. Great location with bars and beach a short walk away.
Negative: The agency dealing with the apartment (Benidorm booking.com) does not return messages or communicate, which is frustrating when you arrive out of office hours. This is my second time dealing with this agency and both times it's been very frustrating, so for this reason I will not be returning to this apartment.
Summary: Amazing apartment, let down by Benidorm Booking.com.
