On the first floor and terminal of a small family context of 2 apartments, we rent this lovely and renovated apartment which we will call "Residenza ALELA - Alessia".
Let's now go into the detail of our residence, describing its interior; it consists of, a staircase for access to the first floor, a large entrance-living room-dining room where we find the fitted kitchen complete with new appliances, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds separable or combinable with wardrobe and bedside table, a complete bathroom with bidet and shower, habitable balcony with sea view.
Furthermore, "Residenza ALELA- Alessia '", is completed with the following accessories: microwave oven, washing machine, LCD TV in the living room, dishes and cookware, kitchen linen, autoclave with tank. Accommodates a maximum of 5 people. Animals of any kind and size are not accepted.
