Located a stones throw from Old Torquay, upon arrival you will park your car and walk everywhere. Within a short stroll are 2 main beaches, the Torquay Hotel, RACV Club, golf course, football oval, tennis courts, childrens playground, shopping precincts and all of Torquay's fantastic cafe's and restaurants. A short 5 minute drive will see you at some of the best surf beaches in Australia. Featuring a massive deck with ocean views and plenty of outdoor living. Four generous sized bedrooms (3 Queen, 1 King and 1 kids bunkbed,) to accommodate large families or those holidaying with other couples. This property features a fully enclosed backyard for your dog and the dog beaches are within walking distance. This beach house also has a table tennis table for those who enjoy a little competition on holidays. Linen and towels are provided. Torquay is one of Victoria’s favourite seaside towns, just 21km south of Geelong and 103km from Melbourne.
