This fantastic 1st floor 3bd/3ba features an open floor plan and tile floors throughout the property. There is a covered parking space available near the building elevators. The kitchen features all your necessities such as: major appliances basic cookware, dinnerware, and of course standard small kitchen appliances. The breakfast bar seats 5, which is just off of the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room features coastal chic décor, open spaces, a sectional sofa, which doubles as a full-size sleeper, two chairs and a card table that seats four. The Master bedroom decorated with its ocean accents has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and its own private balcony entrance. The attached master bath has a garden tub to relax in along with a walk-in shower. The nautical themed bunkroom has two sets of twin-size bunks and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The other guest bedroom is adorned with coastal charm and it has a king size bed and flat screen TV, with its own private bathroom attached! The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area.
