**BEACH**
The beach is waiting via several dune walkovers. Our locked storage closet is packed with everything you need for your days at the beach: beach wagon with 10 inch tires, beach umbrella, beach mat, beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys.
**CLUBHOUSES/POOLS**
The private clubhouse is a short walk from the condo and is nothing short of magnificent following their newly completed renovations. The club consists of two structures- one lakeside and the other across the street directly on the ocean. The lakeside club has a family-friendly resort-style pool with a beach entry. Adults will enjoy the abundant loungers and covered cabanas while the kids play in the waterpark-style play area. There is also a kiddie pool for the little ones. The lakeside clubhouse contains an adult lounge area complete with billiards, large screen HDTV, and comfortable furniture. The kids’ room features air hockey, foosball, large screen HDTV, as well as games and kid furniture. The fitness center is very well equipped with a variety of cardio and weight machines. Finally, you can enjoy the menu in the Cinnamon Grille or have some cold beverages from the full bar delivered to you poolside. Walk across the street to the oceanfront club and enjoy a large resort pool with a grass terrace and sun loungers overlooking the ocean. Cabanas and poolside service from the Cinnamon Grille complete this experience intended to be more on the quiet side.
**FURNISHINGS**
The Cinnamon Girl is a luxury vacation rental with dramatic 10 foot ceilings with an open concept floor plan. The luxury kitchen has all stainless appliances including a high end LG refrigerator with high-capacity ice maker, 42 inch wood cabinets, and granite counter tops. The dining room has a solid wood glass-topped table with 6 chairs and there are two more armchairs in the living room to seat a total of 8 at the table. The living room has a top-grain leather sectional with lounger as well as two heavy armchairs to easily seat 8 or more while watching your favorite movie on the new 60" Sharp HDTV. The condo is equipped with Spectrum cable for the TV’s and high-speed wireless internet throughout. The living room leads out to the balcony through 8 ft. hurricane-proof sliders. The balcony is a huge 275 sq. ft. and equipped with a new table and 4 chairs as well as a conversation area with loveseat, 2 chairs and a coffee table. The master suite will impress with a solid mahogany 4-poster king size bed and armoire with Samsung HDTV, soaking tub, separate shower stall, and double sinks. The guest bedroom is complete with an oak 4-poster queen size bed. The kids’ bedroom has a fun loft bunk system with a staircase that sleeps 4- one on the top bunk, two on the full size bottom bed, and one on the pull out trundle. Bean bag chairs and a new LG 40" wall-mounted HDTV completes this fun space. The guest bedroom and kids’ bedroom share a large bathroom with shower/tub combo.
**EQUIPPED**
What's in the kitchen? Everything! A 20 piece set of Hull stoneware, utensils, cookware, bowls with lids, cookie sheet, cutting board, full set of glassware and plastic glasses, barware, kitchen towels, coffee maker with filters, toaster and blender. A starter supply of dishwasher detergent tabs, dishwashing liquid soap, napkins, paper towels, and trash bags. In the laundry closet is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent tabs, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, and 8 large beach towels in beach bag. The condo has 8 sets of luxurious hotel-quality towels, 2 cosmetic towels, bath mats, and hand soap dispensers in kitchen and bathrooms.
**SAFETY/SECURITY**
The Cinnamon Girl condo is located in a private ocean hammock. You enter through a 24-hour guarded gate house and proceed through a second set of automatic gates for your total peace of mind as well as privacy. Your rental includes one space in the covered ground-level parking structure with additional outdoor parking available. All parking is convenient to the elevator for unloading luggage or groceries using the rolling carts provided in the garage level.
