Attention: Vacationers! This condo was just completely upgraded & remodeled in 2022! Take advantage of these Low Rates while you can in an 'A' Rated condominium at Bluewater Resort with spectacular Panoramic Ocean Views.
This 1 BR / 1 BA, executive corner floor plan is approximately 25% larger than any other one bedroom layouts in the building. The balcony stares up the northern coast line for miles and although labeled 'oceanview', it's just a few feet shy from being 'Oceanfront' and yet still more popular due to its size and views!
This Condominium oozes comfort and for your convenience was completely renovated in 2022 featuring a brand new, full-size kitchen: added full size dishwasher, full size smooth top stove, custom cabinetry with granite counters.
We added new trim, baseboards, & crown molding and throughout w/a new spa blue paint to accent the wall to wall tile!
In the living room is also a queen sleeper sofa, chair & ottoman, and a brand new 65" UHD Smart TV. In the bedroom we upgraded to a luxurious KING size bed, and new BR furnishings plus a new large screen HD TV!
Outdoor Features: Gazebo: located oceanfront on sand but divides the property of Blue Water Resort and the large lot north side which is owned by the city and used as a 'public pay' for beach access.
Other Activities: Although not directly at the resort, within 1 mile you can find parasailing & jet ski rentals, helicopter tours, the Family Kingdom Fun Park & one of SC's state parks!
Other Amenities: Lazy River, Racquetball Court, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools & hot tubs and close to many other great attractions!
Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet): The resort offers free wireless internet access inside the condo and in all of the common areas.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 21 or older to rent this suite. SLEEPS 4.

Summary: Condo shows some wear. Sofa needs replaced very uncomfortable. Location and size of unit is great. Parking was inconvenient for handicapped only 3 spaces in small lot in front of building you had to park across the street in the other parking lots or garage. Didn’t care for the pizza restaurant. Liked the tiki bar outside. Unfortunately we were here during hurricane Debby and the elevator to our floor was shut down had to take one to 10th floor and take stairs to 12th. The outside pool, furniture, tiki bar were not available for use for days which was not any the fault of the property. We normally stay in north Myrtle and will go back there next time. People were setting off fireworks at night from the beach going over the building and some debris went onto tiki bar area. If you’re a couple looking for a somewhat relaxing or peaceful vacation this isn’t the place
