Summary: This was our 4th time to 30A, this location felt like it was in the middle, giving plenty of options to the different beach towns. Having a 9yr and 11 yr old, they were obsessed with going across to the Big Chill on the golf cart, which was great! The first day we had no internet due to storms, but one rokm was stocked with board games which was perfect. We had 2 beach options to take the golf cart to and the garage has almost everything you could need for beach set up: chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, ice cooler. Etc.beds were very comfort, kitchen set up was decent. Some feedback: needs more forks (i wonder if a previous tenant took some, only 6 forks), dryer take 2 cycles to get clothes dry and some ice cooler packs in the freeze would have been helpful. But really, these are minor, great place!
