With the bathing lake 'Rabbensee' right in front of the door, the location and view from the window is simply fantastic. The house is in a quiet location in the 'Ammerland Oasis' in the Mollberg district. The golf course / water ski park of the gardens can be reached in just 5 minutes. The spacious, very complete and comfortably furnished holiday home with sauna and veranda (25m2) is located on a beautiful plot in the middle of the park-like landscape. Heath, forest and lake, everything is right outside the door and can be enjoyed from the veranda. The swimming lake has excellent swimming water. Angel is not allowed. Bike / footpaths are everywhere to make nice trips. Bad Zwischenahn and Oldenburg are only 15 minutes away by car and with 20 km you are on the coast! The house is known in the middle of the region for its rhododendron bloom from May to June.
The house is a completely new house. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable / of high quality. Living room / dining area. Satellite TV, stereo / Ipod connection. Six places to sleep. 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200) and 1 room with two single beds (80 x 200) upstairs. Modern kitchen, electric stove with oven / microwave, (2e) extra microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. 1. Extra shower in the HWR on the ground floor, toilet. Second Upper floor: bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet on the upper floor. The house is triple glazed and top insulated and has central heating. Washing machine. Sauna for 4/5 adult veranda of 25 m2 and extra terrace. Garden furniture (8 people) / beds / large gas grill / boat for the sea. There are also two bicycles available!
