One of the best units in the entire building at 820 Ketch Drive located in the highly desirable Moorings Beach area, surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. As a guest at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium unit with a huge screened sunroom, you will also get a PRIVATE BEACH PASS pass to the Moorings Beach Club, and basically have concierge parking. This is the BEST unit to rent at Ketch Drive, since it is very private and quiet, not having anyone above you, and is on the corner location, where you have lots of airspace and sun pouring into the living space keeping you toasty warm during the cooler winter days. Located on the SW Corner Unit so you have multiple windows and screened lanai space with sunny southern, as well as western exposure (beautiful sunsets in the winter). The other rental units available are all INTERIOR units, meaning no windows on the sides, and they live dark and can be noisy from residents above you. This unit was recently totally renovated and almost everything is new. The best rental unit has hit the market the last, but the best often takes some time to make it the perfect space for you! The resort has plenty of parking and you can park near the staircase. The building has free washer and dryer machines located on the first floor. For your convenience, there is also a small stackable unit inside this residence. The bedrooms have a luxurious designer wall to wall carpeting for a lush, hotel-like experience, and the rest of the home is porcelain tile. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and backsplash, and has everything you need to cook your meals, but you'll likely be tempted to eat out at Blueberry's Restaurant in the morning for breakfast or brunch, and you'll likely be tempted to head across the street to a local diner that runs specials everyday. You're close enough to walk, bike, take your automobile down to Olde Naples or North Naples dining and entertainment spots like Mercato. Host will assist you with places to see, places to eat, and how to enter the private Moorings beach with your pass. Be sure to take a sailing or boat trip around Naples and the Gulf of Mexico, and I'll be sure to help you with fishing expeditions, other beaches to visit, other islands to visit, and historic sites in the area including Fort Myers. There is a wealth of history in Florida, and I will even assist you on an airboat ride, and let you get a glimpse of some of my favorite day trips that I do with my family in Florida.
