Very spacious king sized bedroom apartment with living/dining room and separate well equipped kitchen & full bathroom. Situated in a wonderful neighbourhood offering great transport links across the whole city, airport & train stations. It is walkable to the city centre and Haymarket station. The apartment is surrounded by Harrison Park and a few minutes walk from the Union canal. There are two spaces in the apartment for working, one in the bedroom and one in living room, with high speed reliable internet. This is a home away from home. It has all the comforts you need to enjoy visiting or working in the city. It is great for both short stays, as an alternative to a hotel, or for longer stays, while working or visiting friends and family.
There are lots of great local restaurants walkable, local pubs, supermarkets and the entertainment complex of Fountain Park less than 10 minutes walk. We are situated between Slateford, Polwarth, North Merchiston & Dalry neighbourhoods.

Summary: Fiona was a good host and very responsive, no qualms with that side. The property on the other hand is not very nice to stay in. The electric shower (yep electric shower) dribbles out water, the cleanliness was ok but a few literal cobwebs in places, quite a few questionable stains on sofa/chairs and while it wasn't freezing the apartment was never warm like you'd want after venturing out in December in Edinburgh. Again, no issues with the hosting, just not a particularly good quality stay.
