This 6th floor condo (Unit A601) is a PENTHOUSE unit that is located on the TOP floor at Waterscape. It has extra tall ceilings (10 ft tall, not 9 ft tall like the rest of the complex). It also has a nice HIGH and VERY CLOSE view of the beach/ocean from the southeast side of the complex. It is the CLOSEST Waterscape condo to the beach. There are not many of these units at Waterscape that have this type of view. There are NO obstructed views from this balcony!! All you see is miles and miles of beach and the ocean!! I have a large panoramic view of the ocean. So you can see the sunrise from the east as well as sunset views from the west as well. You can see and hear the ocean waves really well from my balcony. So this is the closest Waterscape condo to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. So it can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Here is the bedding of each rooms: master BR (king bed), guest BR (king bed), guest BR (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), bunk (twin) beds. The master bathroom has a separate jacuzzi tub and standup shower. The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The 3rd bathroom has a stand up shower and sink/toilet and it's located right next to the 3rd bedroom (that has the queen and full bed).This condo has a large 70 inch LCD TV in the living room and a 42 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom and 42 inch LCD TV in the guest 2nd bedroom and 32 inch LCD TV in the guest 3rd bedroom as well. Also, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the extras that you can think of, such as a coffee maker, blender, cake pans, pizza roller/pots/pans or even a pancake griddle, for all of those guests that like to stay home and cook their own dinner.

***RATES***
This VRBO website doesn't allow me anywhere to show future guests that they will sometimes get a cheaper (discounted) price if they stay for a week (7 nights) in certain seasons of the year. Guests can always calculate the final rate by inputting their dates of travel (then click on the detail link to give you the total description of the total cost).
But to create less confusion for the guest, I have created the base nightly rental rate as well as the weekly rental rate (not including the $200 cleaning fee, $50 Waterscape resort fee, 13% tax and vrbo booking fee). So here are the rates for each season (and so you will see that if you stay for a weekly 7 night rental you will be getting 1 to 2 nights FREE for certain seasons of the year (which is ONLY for the Winter, Early Spring, Spring, Late Spring, Late Summer and Fall seasons). ***Snowbird (monthly) rates: You have to stay for a minimum of 1 month. Earliest start date is at the start of the Winter rates (starts on 10-22-22). Snowbird rates stop at the beginning of Spring Break rates (after 3-10-23). The snowbird rate is a monthly rate of $4,095. Extra fees are the cleaning fee (1 time $200 cleaning fee after your departure), $50 Waterscape resort fee,13% lodging tax and VRBO booking service fee. We also have 2 hot tubs and a large OUTDOOR HEATED POOL during the winter months!!!
***FAQ***
1. Check in time is after 4:00 pm Central Standard Time and Check out time is at 10:00 am
2. Cancellation/Refund policy--Both of my 2 VRBO properties at Waterscape have a NO Cancellation and NO refund policy. So that means that all sales are final and there will be NO refunds for guests leaving their vacation early, nor for any other type of reason (including hurricanes/storms, illnesses, Covid-19 or for any reasons at all). If renters are concerned about possible future cancellations/refunds for any other reason, it is strongly encouraged for them to obtain travelers trip/vacation insurance BEFORE they arrive on their vacation (because all sales are final and no other refunds will be permitted). So please check with getting travelers insurance BEFORE you decide to book your reservation.
3. Waterscape condos--(Price versus the view)--Both of my Waterscape condos (A501 and A601) have the closest and highest views of the ocean in the whole complex. There are very few condos at Waterscape that have a view like my 2 condos because this complex is perpendicular to the coastline and so almost all of the other Waterscape condos have a limited narrow view of the ocean. Even though my condos have the best location in the complex, they are still competitive in price compared to all of the other condos.
4. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed anywhere in my condo. I have a very strict rule about this because I have a child with severe allergies/asthma, plus Waterscape resort has a NO PET policy. Anybody who violates this rule is subject to being evicted immediately and without any refund.
5. Restricted age limit--babies, kids and entire families are all welcome to stay in my condo. However, the oldest person renting my condo has to be at least 25 years old. Anybody who violates this rule is subject to being evicted immediately and without any refund.
6. FREE UPGRADED BEACH SERVICE with both of my Waterscape condos which gives you 1 free beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, an extra small table and 60 minutes of free paddleboat, boogie board and kayak water sports. This free beach service is from March 1 through October 31, 2023 and 2024 and every year!!!. So that's one less thing that you have to pack in your car for your vacation!
7. Linens/towels are all provided for your stay (bring your own beach towel for the pool and/or beach).
8. Housekeeping is not a daily service and it is done after the guests departs.
9. FREE high speed INTERNET (secured line) and FREE local/long distance PHONE calls. Portable phones with answering machines are available in the condo.
10. FREE (XBOX One) video games--We also have several VIDEO GAMES (XBOX One) that are provided during your stay. We have wireless and rechargeable wireless game controllers. We also have several video games (especially several Lego games (such as Star Wars--The Complete Saga, Harry Potter and Batman, DC Super Heroes and several others). You can also bring your own games if you like.
