Panoramic whitewater ocean views and gorgeous sunsets abound from both balconies of this two-story penthouse condo in North Coast Village. The entrance to this unit is on the third floor, and there is an elevator to bring you up to the third floor from the garage level.
The loft-style primary suite occupies the entire upper floor of this condo, and opens to a spacious balcony. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the primary bathroom has been updated with a beautifully tiled shower.
On the main floor of the condo, you will find the kitchen, dining area, secondary bedroom with a queen bed, full updated bathroom, and living room with a new queen-size sofa sleeper (photos of new sofa coming soon). The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops and designer backsplash, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
Make My Vacation provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and pool/beach towels. The living room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village, such as the large pool in the center of the B through G buildings across Breakwater Way. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous!
Whitewater Vista is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities.
