A large sliding glass door leads to your private deck, where you can get the perfect view of both Dock St and the Gulf. With seating for four this fabulous outdoor space is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Relax on the comfortable sofa just enjoying the view or catch up on your favorite shows on the large smart TV.
The condo is on the third floor of the three-story condo complex of Cedar Cove Condos. There are covered exterior stairs that provide access to the different floors and covered exterior walkways between units. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the complex. Additional vehicles or trailers will need to be parked at one of the city lots off site.
