Located in the Gulf Shores Plantation West community, our top-floor (3rd floor) two-bedroom/two-bath (with a loft) condo is just a quick stroll to private beach access! The Plantation West complex has two beautiful outdoor pools and a hot tub for you to enjoy. And, there is a grill for you to use and a beach volleyball court! The kids will love that! We have an elevator to take you to our third floor unit, an ice machine for your ice chests and a laundry room to use. You can use coins or credit card for the washers and dryers. You also have access to the tennis courts, outdoor pools, gym, sauna and indoor hot tub next door at The Dunes. There is no access to the indoor pool yet. The owners of this unit are on a waiting list for this amenity.
This condo sleeps up to ten guests between two bedrooms, the loft and the sofa sleeper (six adults and four children max). The master bedroom provides a queen bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. And, the adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. We have a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room for two people to sleep on! The kitchen is nicely stocked and we provide a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We can seat 4 at the dining table and 2 at the kitchen bar.
Just down the road is the world-class Kiva Dunes Golf Course if you plan to play some golf on vacation! Or visit the Fort Morgan Historic Site to learn the history of this area. It is a National Historic Site that is worth checking out! And, it's also a quick drive to the heart of all the Gulf Shores attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
