This cozy condo has the desired 4th floor balcony with side views of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests love the 4th floor balcony because it offers a little more peace and quiet and is very private. You can enjoy the views of amazing sunrises as you wake up in your very comfortable king size master bed. The beach, you ask? No problem! Latitude Adjustment is conveniently located between two elevators which will take you to the first floor/parking lot. Just a few steps later, you'll reach the Emerald Waters & Sugary Sand Beaches along Scenic Gulf Drive. The Resort offers Private Deeded Beach Access, 2 swimming pools, 1 heated with a hot tub. This family friendly community includes tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, fitness center, shuffle board and BBQ grills. Latitude Adjustment is centrally located close to Destin Harbor, Silver Sands & Destin Commons Shopping Centers, Big Kahunas Water Park, Restaurants/Bars, Golf, Watersports & Bike/Scooter Rentals. Just bring your swimsuit and flip flops!
Our condo can comfortably accommodate between 2- 8 people:

GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
We allow guests to bring 1 well groomed dog under 50 lbs which must be pre-approved in advance of booking by host. A $300 pet deposit is due 10 days before check in, and will be refunded upon check out as long as no damage has occurred. The guest reserving the property and the dog owner are responsible for any and all damages caused by the dog. PLEASE crate your dog when left alone inside of property. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Excessive dog hair, dog waste stains, debris/waste left on the property and violation of any of the standards listed here are subject to damage deposit charges. To avoid excess charges please report pet damages immediately. Dogs are not permitted on the beach or in the pool area and must be on a leash when outside per county regulations. Our condo has convenient access to the pet area. Dog owner affirms that dog is in good health and does not represent a health hazard to anyone and all vaccinations are current.

- TRAILERS, BOATS, RV’S, ETC: The Maravilla Master Association does NOT allow any recreational vehicles or trailers to be parked at the complex. This includes boat, motorcycle, and storage trailers.
-As guest safety and policy compliance are of utmost importance, this property is equipped with a video doorbell on the exterior/front door of the condo
- Tents/Canopies are NOT allowed on Maravilla's deeded Private Beach. Infant domes are acceptable.
- Travel Protection Insurance and Damage Protection Insurance is recommended.
