The Villa Pinnacle is a superbly equipped, luxury villa in a quiet residential area in one of the best locations of Los Gigantes. With its sensational 'panoramic sea view', it is located near the famous 'Acantilados de los Gigantes' cliffs, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay with the two villages of 'Puerto de Santiago' and 'Los Gigantes' and its picturesque little ones Harbor, can enjoy. The villa has its own parking, two large terraces and a front garden. The pool area with sea view is screened on three sides of the sleeping / living room wing, so that the privacy is preserved and you can swim enough space to chill out, in peace sunbathing or in the solar-heated pool. This west-facing terrace offers sunshine all day and spectacular sunsets over the neighboring islands of La Gomera in winter and La Palma in summer. An open BBQ and a large dining table invite you to cozy barbecues and a cool glass of white wine .... and the party starts at the pool bar with integrated fridge. The east-facing breakfast terrace has a wooden dining table with umbrella and seating for 10-12 people and two sun loungers. The interior of the villa is very spacious. The octagonal living area with a diameter of about 11 meters is generously sized and has a large round dining table ideal for 8 people (10 possible) in the central atrium. In addition to a cozy couch round TV incl. DVDs and a ping pong table the great facilities and provide for entertaining moments. The highlight of the living room, however, is the spectacular view from the 8 large arched windows onto the bay. Just sit down and dream .... The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed for large parties / many guests. Six wide, light steps lead down to a 'chill-out' area with L-shaped sofas and sliding doors to the pool area. The four bedrooms have private baths / showers and are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. They are located at the back of the property, so they stay cool and allow a restful sleep. They provide sleeping accommodation for 8 people in a double bed (master bedroom) and single beds (the other 3 bedrooms). There are also two sofa beds for an additional 2 persons. With views of the sea, Los Gigantes and the harbor, the master bedroom has its own TV, sitting area and sliding doors to the pool area.
