Positive: The property is super great, beautiful landscape, new, clean rooms
Negative: 1. Unmanned check-in was so slow, reply delayed for about half an hour. We got real frustration. 2. Nobody picked up the phone nor the back up cellular phone. We called many times. We got even more frustrated and were about to leave already. Then the code arrived. 3. There are no signs, instructions on the buildings, nor in the room. No welcome messages. We did not feel like expected guests or welcomed. 4. There was no info about check-out time in your letter. There was confusing information about it on your webpage e.g., 10am vs 11am. Which we consider too early considered to normal standards in the hospitality sector (12 noon). 5. The link about home rules in the welcome letter is wrong, it does not take to home rules. 6. In the Aidamaja out of 16 rooms we were located in room No8, besides the only other visitors in room No7. Despite them being quite silent we realised there was very poor noise insulation as the noise from the next bedroom was clearly heard. 7. There was no information about the breakfast location nor time. 8. Again nobody picked up the phone nor backup phone despite several calls. 9. We arrived to the breakfast cafeteria at 10.30. We were told that breakfast was delivered only up to 10am. At that moment the accumulated frustration broke out. 10. We want to personally thank Siiri in the cafeteria during our breakfast as she was very courteous and helpful, considering our predicament. She managed to make us feel welcomed and eased our frustration. Thanks to Siiri we started to feel cared and our overall experience of Toosikannu turned into positive.
