Positive: Well-equipped, clean apartment in peaceful part of the city. It contains all stuff for comfortable accommodation. There is a few local shops nearby. The house has an underground garage so we did not have problems with parking. The landlord is really amiable, he gifted us a bottle of wine🔥. From the balcony an amazing view is opening. Both rooms of the apartment have air conditioning👍.
Negative: Looks like there is a small colony of ants inside, but it was no big deal.
