The dining room has patio doors out to the rear garden which has decking and garden furniture so that guests can relax outside. At the end of the hall way is the fully equip kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen is also a door into the large garage which guests are able to use during their stay. On the first floor is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, seating area and ensuite shower room. Next to the master bedroom is a family bathroom. To the front of the property is a large drive way which is suitable for up to 3 cars with additional parking in the garage and on street.

Newcastle is around 30 minutes drive from the property and you can also easily access the Durham Dales for some fabulous walks. Diggerland is close by and Hall Hill Farm is a short drive away.
