Breathtaking home located on Kat Kay Lake in Cape Coral, Florida with boat access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf in minutes. This gorgeous home has the desired southern exposure that allows for sun at the pool all day. Enjoy boating and fishing from the private dock with boat lift. The house has two kayaks for tenants to use in the beautiful water behind the house. Every bedroom has a private bath. The pool features a hot tub that overflows into the pool and an infinity edge and fun bubblers in the large sundeck portion of the pool. One end of the pool has a "wading area" which is perfect for those toddlers who like to "sit and splash." The nightly rate is noted on the booking calendar, this rate covers up to 4 people and after 4 people there is an additional guest fee of $7.00 per person per night There will be NO CHARGE FOR CHILDREN AGES 5 AND UNDER. If you have children under 5, don't include them in your booking numbers, but please let the owner know how many children there are under 5.
