Super cute home in a family neighborhood in Junction City. This location is 5 minutes from Milford Lake (the largest lake in Kansas), 30 minutes from Manhattan (home of the K-State Wildcats) and very close to Ft. Riley as well. The home has 2 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. A small fenced in backyard for privacy with a grill and picnic table and detached 2 car garage. Kitchen has new appliances. Powder room on the main floor and a queen couch bed. Enjoy our Pac-Man console!
Charming 2 bedroom house. There is a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom as well. There is one King bed and one Queen size bed as well as a Queen pull out couch. One can sleep comfortably on the pull out for sure, maybe 2? The house was recently remodeled. Located in a very nice up and coming neighborhood. Country charm. There is a Dollar General and a Wal Mart store less than 5 minutes away. The backyard is fenced for privacy and also has a picnic table and a grill.
The entire home and garage is available to use. The only areas that are not would be a few closets. One is located on the main floor and is marked No Guest Access. There are locked cabinets in each bedroom closet and the laundry room as well marked No Guest Access. There is one closet in the garage and one cabinet marked No Guest Access.
We are not the type of hosts who are going to contact you relentlessly. I know I value my privacy and I am sure you do as well! I give my guests space but I am available when needed. We also live close by in the neighboring area so we are local hosts not remote. Upon check in if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to send me a text or give me a call and I or my husband will be happy to help.
Charming residential family neighborhood. Great area to take walks. There is a Dollar General Store close by. Milford Lake is a 5 minute drive. WalMart Neighborhood market is less than 5 minutes away as well.
You can either park in front of the house where there is about 5 steps to get to the front door or park in the garage in the back and go in the back door. Must access garage remote however upon arrival to access garage and back door. The back door leads into the kitchen and a powder room. The front door steps you directly into the living room and the stairs towards the upstairs bedrooms as well.
We are pretty chills hosts. We just ask that you leave the home in the condition you found it and enjoy your stay!
The Host has severe allergies to pet dander. Pets are absolutely NOT allowed. If you have a service animal please consider staying elsewhere.
Absolutely no smoking, drugs....
There are 3 smart tvs in the home. We provide Cox cable service. The smart tvs have all kinds of apps, however, you need to use your own logins. We do not use those apps ourselves.
ALL reservations must sign a rental agreement that reiterates all the house rules and terms of the short term lease along with a valid ID of the guest responsible for the reservation showing matching name and address of the guest making the reservation. The agreement requires a signature agreeing to all the house rules. This agreement will be emailed to you shortly after booking and needs to be returned within 48 hours of booking. You agree that if you fail to return this signed house rules agreement and lease that host reserves the right to cancel your reservation with no penalty immediately. A signed rental agreement is required by our insurance and also helps protect you as the guest and us as the host from those (few and far between) guests that do not have good intentions for our property. Key codes will not be given until these documents are signed. Key codes will be available by the check in time on the day of your arrival. If guests refuses to leave the home at the end of agreed to time the door locks will also be changed immediately and cable, internet turned off. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the home.
