Around the corner from the Tipsy Marlin is McTighes Irish Pub, Redds Fueling Station, Blue Mountain Bakery, Blue Mabel for excellent barbecue, and the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. The cottage offers an open air concept with the living room, dining, and kitchen area which provide a cozy space to relax after a long day at the beach. A king master bedroom located on the second floor provides plenty of natural light and has a private balcony to unwind while reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. A second bedroom with a queen bed is across the hall and both share a common bathroom with tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping space, the living room sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen sleeper. Also located on the main level adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and an additional full bathroom with stand alone shower. The exterior of the cottage offers parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful scenery or just soak up the Florida sun.
