Positive: Location is quite close to Yosemite Valley and a really nice collection of high end homes. MUCH quieter than the crazy valley, and no tourists in your way.
Negative: Wifi was slow or even unusable at times. Wanted to stream "Free Solo" in the evening after seeing El Cap and couldn't get enough speed to watch.
Summary: Comfortable, beautiful and quiet.
