Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to the river and outfitters like RiverGirl Fishing Co. Jog, walk, or bike by the river on Railroad Grade Road, float or kayak the clear water, or catch dinner in this hatchery-supported stretch of the world's second oldest river.
Stay in and cook in a kitchen equipped with granite counters, farmhouse sink, and gas appliances and then stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or take the short drive to Boone and enjoy the thriving local restaurant and craft brewery scene. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie, Blowing Rock, and the Jeffersons are also just a short drive away.
The tiny house, which can accommodate four guests, has a queen, pillow-top mattress in the loft (accessed by steps--no ladder) and a full sleeper sofa in the living area.
