Eltham is located where Yarra Valley Wine region starts. Our Tiny House is nested at the end of a whisper quiet no through road. Enjoy staying like a local in Central Eltham in a comfortable Tiny House with a personal touch. Walking distance to Montsalvat and Eltham Town. It's only 3 minutes drive from our studio to Montsalvat. From our studio it's 1.1 km walking distance to Montsalvat. We have renovated and updated our former garage to a cosy Tiny House (studio style). This Tiny House has currently more then 100 Five Star reviews on another hosting site and is sought after. It has great ambience with 4 windows that lets natural light in. It's totally independent from our main house. The pictures doesn't show it but as of November 2018 we have installed new Air Condition system for your comfort. And a new 39HD TV we have installed on the wall. One Sofa-bed (80 cm wide x 190 cm long) Kitchenette for cooking light meals. Free WiFi. We can help you with washing laundry for a small fee in our main house. Important information, The bedroom and shower/toilet is one room with curtains separating the two and it has a window above the shower/toilet. You can easily open up the window above the shower/toilet for airing out. Our experience has proven our tiny house is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. We are happy to discuss anything which may improve the quality of guest experience. Being a quiet cul-de-sac street parking out front is not an issue and free off street parking is always available. Guests have access to as much or as little intrusion from the hosts as they want. Obviously we are proud of our facility and want our guests to really enjoy their stay. We are always on hand should there be any problems to iron out.
