Positive: Cosy. Everything needed is on site, including firewood. Communications are friendly and helpful. By car it's closely located to lovely tourist places like Kasselburg Castle/Eagle and Wolfpark Kasselburg (10min), Gerolstein (12min), Adenau/Nürburgring (30min) and a lot of lovely places along the river Kyll. Great roads and paths for walking/hiking uphill from the tiny house
Negative: We had one day with stormy weather, which gave a bit of a draught inside. Most amenities for cooking are available, but there is no oven. We took our own little camping oven with us, but this might be a good upgrade. Wifi sometimes seems a bit slow for streaming and watching tv.
