Der Bungalow liegt in direkter Nähe zum Ostseefjord Schlei in einer ruhigen Gemeinschaft aus Bungalowanlagen und Ferienhäusern. Die Ausstattung ist modern und minimalistisch. Hochwertige Designerstücke und Maßanfertigungen stoßen auf den Retro-Charme eines 70er Jahre Flachdachbaus. Ideal für zwei Personen!
Der Bungalow ist offen geschnitten und Wohnraum, Pantry-Küche und Schlafbereich sind abgesehen vom Badezimmer nicht durch Türen getrennt. Es gibt also keine akustische Barriere zwischen den einzelnen Bereichen. Das Doppelbett (ca. 1,20mx2,00m) befindet sich erhöht und durch einen Tritt erreichbar neben der Kochnische, die wiederum durch eine Durchreiche und einen Durchgang mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Die hochwertige Schlafcouch (1,40mx2,00m) im Wohnzimmer, bietet zwei weiteren Gästen einen bequemen Schlafplatz.
Bei schönem Wetter lädt die Terrasse in Süd-West Lage zum Verweilen ein. Sollte es zu warm werden kann auf den kleinen schattigen Innenhof vor dem Eingang ausgewichen werden. Ein Bad in der nahegelegenen Schlei oder im ca. 1 km entfernten Langsee, sorgt natürlich auch für Erfrischung.
Direkt vom Haus aus können herrliche Wanderungen oder Radtouren entlang der Schlei oder durch den angrenzenden Wald zwischen Weseby und Missunde unternommen werden. Das Ostseebad Eckernförde ist etwa 10 km entfernt und nach Schleswig ist es nur ein paar Kilometer weiter. Natürlich bietet sich von hier aus auch die Gelegenheit mit Kajak oder Kanu (diese können vermittelt werden) die Schlei auf dem Wasserweg zu erkunden. Quasi auf den Spuren der Wikinger, deren Siedlung Haithabu, die als beeindruckendes Ausflugsziel als Museumsdorf wieder hergerichtet wurde, nur 15 Autominuten (oder ca. 60 min. mit dem Kanu) entfernt liegt.
Die etwa 200m entfernte Badestelle in Weseby ist bei südlichen oder westlichen Winden ein begehrter Spot für Kite- oder Windsurfer !
Geangelt werden darf vom Ufer aus mit einem gültigen Jahresfischereischein. Am besten auch in Absprache mit den Holmer Fischern. Evtl. ist auch das Angeln vom Boot aus in bestimmten Bereichen erlaubt.
Einen Reitstall gibt es auf dem Weg nach Kosel.
Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet. Für Bettwäsche (Bettbezüge und unterschiedlichste Kissen und Bettdecken), Handtücher, Tischgrill mit Aktivlüftung, Terrassenmöbeln und reichlich Kochutensilien ist gesorgt. W-Lan und Smart TV sind vorhanden.
Eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine Badewanne gibt es nicht. Gekocht wird auf zwei „altmodischen“ Kochplatten und alternativ auf einem mobilen Induktionskochfeld. Die Pizza kann in einem separatem Kombi-Grill-Mikrowellenofen gebacken werden.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.
Maritim ausgedrückt, ist für den "Anlege-Sekt" oder den "Anlege-Kaffee" nach der Anreise, ebenfalls gesorgt.
