Summary: We were a family group staying 2 nights - age spanning 5 to mid 70s. We went to shower the kids early evening on the first night and there was no hot water. Property manager was called and she assures us the hot water was turned on early afternoon and it will come on soon. Kids needed to go to bed so we had to clean them with a cold shower plus some warm water in a sink (filled with jug boiled water). Rest of us had cold showers. In the morning we still had no hot water, property manager was called, who came promptly and rectified the issue. A night without hot water is rather disappointing. Otherwise house is tidy and as described. Nice location close to Wanaka town centre.
