This unit has 1,450 square feet of living space with comfortable furnishings and a 1 car garage parking and is on the ground floor of the building with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level.
The living room has a large seating area with queen sofa sleeper, TV with VCR, free Wi-Fi access in the unit. Adjacent to the main living room, a small seating area with additional sofa, table and chairs surround the gas fireplace. No air conditioning.
At the end of the main room, the dining area provides access to the private balcony that provides a mountain view and will comfortable seat 8 persons.
In the large kitchen guests will have all the cooking and eating utensils, appliances and plenty of counter top space for meal preparation.
One queen bed is in the master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Third bedroom has one queen bed. A second full bathroom is accessible from the common hallway.
