1 King Bed, 1 Queen, 3 Twin Beds Beautiful Condo located at "the top of Mammoth". This condo sits on the side of the hill above Canyon Lodge allowing for ski-in and ski-out (or bike-in bike-out) accommodations for the avid skier in the winter and excellent bike trail access in the summer. Fully remodeled with full length windows looking out on the trees and surrounding mountains. A gourmet kitchen and spacious living room make for an enjoyable stay for the whole family. Enter the condo on the ground level. The kitchen, dining room, living room and first bathroom are on the 1st floor. The second floor has the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and the cozy second bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bathroom is also located on the second floor. The third floor is accessed from the spiral stair case that leads to the loft sleeping space with 3 twin beds. PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD GOING UP THE STAIRCASE. THERE ARE LOW CEILING BEAMS IN THE LOFT. There are SmartTvs in every bedroom and the living room offering all the streaming services. The living room also has cable TV. Your personal account will be required for streaming services. A wood-burning stove is located in the living room and firewood is provided. Timber Ridge is the only Ski-in Ski-out resort in Mammoth. The recreation room offers beautiful views of Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding mountains. Timber Ridge is nestled in the trees on a hillside. This condo offers a true mountain experience. There is 1 parking place available in the garage (7'1") that is shared with the neighboring condo. You must be parked in the garage at all times. 1 additional car can be parked in the overflow parking at the entrance to Timber Ridge. Parking is strictly enforced. Due to the location of the condo, access might be difficult in the winter depending on snow conditions. It is best to travel to Timber Ridge in a 4 wheel drive vehicle when at all possible or be certain to have chains for any two wheel drive vehicles.
