The ground floor features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, connected by a spacious Jack-n-Jill bath. A gas fireplace is the focal point of the living area, which offers plenty of seating to watch movies on the flat-screen TV. The rustic modern dining table comfortably seats eight.

Timbers Townhomes HOA has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Guests need to be aware that they will be among the locals who work and all noise must be reduced after 9 P.M.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
