Movie room downstairs with leather reclining movie chairs and large screen TV plus enjoy playing shuffleboard game while watching your favorite sports event or a movie. Or step out to the lower deck and relax in the Jacuzzi Brand Hot Tub.
Amenities include covered single boat dock with covered Jet Ski Ramp/Port. Easy and short walk to lake with deck close to lake. 2 Kayaks are located on the dock for your enjoyment.

Large King bedroom on lower level along with a bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bunkbed. 3rd full Bathroom is on lower level and a half bathroom is located on the main level for a total of 3-1/2 bathrooms.
