Positive: We liked the general location and the privacy of the place. It was easy to get in, to navigate to, and we didn't have any problem with check-in / rules. The pool and hot tub were nice and it was very spacious. There was plenty of kitchenware and other cooking supplies so that we could cook whenever we needed to. We liked the fact that it was on a little gated cul-de-sac that didn't really have a lot of people coming and going. Also, the pool area in the back has a privacy fence so (unlike other neighbors) you didn't have to worry about being in the pool as a car shines headlights into your face coming around the curve.
Negative: I didn't receive any of check-in info until just a few days out from arrival and that was only because I asked. The property management company had a lot of problems with receiving my payment for pool heating and then didn't mention that the pool heating was on a timer. The washer and dryer were ok, but were older and struggled drying our clothes. Additionally, we had tried to cancel the reservation one day after we booked due to some scheduling conflicts and were not given any flexibility even though they were not technically required to provide us a refund.
Summary: Great place, location, good value and clean. Property management a bit of a mess administratively.
