Located in the very center of the state, TihsreeD sits at 9,000 feet above sea level, overlooking Pikes Peak. We take pride in providing families a retreat from the city heat and hustle, offering a chance to bask in the glorious natural peace and beauty of the Colorado backcountry. Our central location places your guests close to a variety of activities while visiting Colorado. The Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is just down the road. Within an hour or less, you can find horse stables, hiking trails, ATV rentals, fishing lakes and rivers, microbreweries, skiing, rafting, and skiing. Additionally, there are plenty of fun activities within 5 miles of the Lodge, including a free historical museum, local artisan shops, hiking, rock hunting, fishing, and more.
But why leave TihsreeD at all? Your guests can enjoy 5 miles of private hiking, search for Native American-modified trees, warm up by a fireplace, or soak in one of our hot tubs. Our wrap-around decks, furnished for comfort, allow you to enjoy the beautiful sights of Pikes Peak and the surrounding woods. You and your guests can end the day with a cozy fire or a relaxing soak while marveling at the thousands of stars overhead. Our summer temperatures are cool, often dropping into the 50s at night—ideal for the jeans and sweatshirts you’ll bring along.
