Cute, Comfortable, and convenient vacation home in The Village at Kowaliga Bay on beautiful Lake Martin. This is a great place to go when you want to relax or get out on the lake at an affordable rate. Sip a cup of morning coffee on the screened porch, while watching TV, then take a short stroll down to the fitness center for a workout, then either jump in the pool and enjoy the view of the lake or hop on a boat and go have some fun! Tiger’s Den is located in a highly desired area of the lake. Just mins from all the “Popular” lakefront restaurants (like The Social, Kowaliga Restaurant, Chuck’s Pizza), around the corner from Russell Lands Amphitheater where you can ride the boat to see fireworks on the 4th, and just across the way from the famous Chimney Rock!
When you walk in the front door you will see a beautiful home that has a moderately stocked kitchen with a full range stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, and a refrigerator w/ ice maker. The kitchen opens to the living room, so you won’t miss out on family time while preparing your meal. Outside on the screened porch, there is a gas grill, TV, and 2 tables for extra dining space. Both bedrooms have queen beds, the bathroom has a large tile-walk in the shower, and in the loft, you will find a cozy full-size bed. Making this a comfortable stay for 6 guests.
**This home is just short walk up the driveway from the "Wine Down at Kowaliga Bay" rental if you need a second home for family or friends.
