All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
🔹The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
🔹This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 27 nights or more, the fee is waived.
🔹There will be no discounts or compensation if any changes in the amenities of the building, closures of pools etc occurs.
🔹We kindly request your assistance in providing your email address and phone number for the purpose of enabling mobile key access and completing building registration. Lack of a complete building registration 72 hours before the check-in date or refusing the use of the app will result in denied access to the condominium as per their policies.
Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Summary: Check in was challenging. The app did not open the door even though instructions were followed. No one was available to guide me. I have stayed at the Tiffany house for months in. different unit so the security people knew me and helped me. The ice maker never worked. The lights were constantly flashing in the refrigerator. The glass cocktail table was unstable and dangerous, he dryer was making a huge noice. Although they had a handyman come to fix the dryer, within a day later it did the same. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on and just did not have a good experience. The unit was not kept up at all. The location is great and that was the only positive thing. Would never stay in this unit again!
