Enjoy amazing panoramic views and the sound of the waves from a private 27 ft long balcony with sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom. This gorgeous condo has 1220 sf and has been newly refurnished in 2019. Floors are all tile floors, updated baths and fully stocked kitchen. Tides 1002 will sleep 5 comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and an extra long twin bed. Tides @ Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort is a privately gated community, which offers special amenities such as 600 ft. of private beach , 2 pools (both seasonally heated) directly in front of the Tides building facing the ocean, hot tub, kiddie splash pool, sun deck, gas grills, and complimentary use of 2 tennis courts, putting green, shuffleboard, and basketball court. Casual dining and tropical drinks are offered by the pools at the Blue Dunes Grill. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. There is also complimentary tram service to take you around the resort.
