The Tides offers lighted pickle ball and tennis courts, putt putt golf, basketball court and shuffle board court. We do not have gym access.
This large condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A spacious 600 square feet living area with a 65" tv and also features floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside in with a 180 degree ocean view. A custom wood table graces the dining area with seating for 8. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding fit for a King and the bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels. You will always enjoy eating meals and relaxing on the large patio with dining for 8. All of these small details make this unit ideal for relaxation and comfort.
Upon arrival you will find your private covered parking space and if you prefer having your groceries waiting at the door you can contact Instacart for delivery. All of your favorite meal delivery companies are available in this area.
Seasonal beach chairs, umbrella and bike rentals are available for additional fees.
Tides @ Tops'l is located between Destin and 30A in the Sandestin area which is one of the most desirable areas on the Emerald Coast. A short distance West is Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Summary: Stay was great! 4 adults and 2 kids stayed very comfortably. We cooked all 4 nights of our stay and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults (basketball, putt-putt, tennis, pickle ball, and the beach of course). Never needed to leave the resort. Highly recommend.
