Our 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths includes over 1800 sq. ft. of waterfront resort living, with luxurious furnishings and all the amenities. This condominium is located on the first floor and is the end unit with the grandest open and expansive view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is the best place to be for enjoying the woods and waters of beautiful Palm Coast! There is no other unit perfectly situated than Tidelands!
A large lanai runs across the entire length of this great space, in full view of the Intracoastal Waterway and with access from both the great room and master bedroom. You may soon consider this lanai your home away from home, it is simply irresistible at any hour, day or night! With dining for 4 and many more, it is a lovely place for that first cup of coffee in the morning, last glass of wine at night, and most of the time in between!
The dining area, just beyond the great room is an open-plan design, beautifully furnished. You'll really love our kitchen, with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and all the latest appliances in pristine condition. We've stocked all the cookware, dishes, and utensils to make your stay a no brainer! There's also another eating area with table and chairs, a breakfast nook just off the kitchen.
The master suite is simply luxurious, from the pleasantly firm king-size bed to the sliding glass doors out to the lanai, the walk-in closet, and the en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and deep bathtub.
The second bedroom is also comfortable and beautifully appointed, with full tub and shower combination.
Tidelands is a gated community along the Intracoastal, nestled along a mile of Intracoastal Waterway shoreline in Palm Coast FL! Including 80 lush acres providing magnificent views of calm waters - part nature preserve and part top-flight resort. There are endless activities to do and sights to see.
Since part of Tidelands is a nature preserve, the area is a paradise for birds and other wildlife. Dolphins are often sighted, and you're likely to see a blue heron or two fishing for their breakfast in the early morning.
At Tidelands you have total access to 2 heated pools and outdoor jacuzzis, an adult game room, and a fitness center. The Tidelands Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment and includes a spectacular swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas. There are also tennis courts along with pickelball and basketball playing areas. Access it all from walking and biking trails that wind their way around the lakes, along the Palm Coast Waterway, and through the community.
