A comfortable four-bedroom three-bath house one mile south of Inverness overlooking the tidal marsh. It is close to trails and beaches in Point Reyes National Recreation Area and to shopping and restaurants at Point Reyes Station, Inverness and Olema. The house sits on a hill overlooking the Tomales Bay tidal marshes. It is the last house up a private road, isolated by trees and vegetation from its two neighbors. The only artificial light visible at night comes from farmsteads on the slope of the hill across the bay. At night the silence is total. There are one king- and two queen-sized beds and three baths. There is a children's bedroom with a sleigh bed and a twin-sized air bed. There is a twin-sized sofa bed in the room adjoining the downstairs bedroom.. There are children’s toys and books. The lower suite with a queen bed, twin-sized sofa bed, and bath has its own entrance. There is no internal staircase and it could be used independent of the upstairs rooms. There is a one-car garage and parking outside.. . Wifi, Apple smart TV, and land-line telephone. CD player. Waterstone instant hot water and three stage filtration system for drinking water. Limantour Beach is an easy hike from a trail head around the corner to the south. Hearts Desire, Drakes Beach and other sights and sites in and adjoining the Point Reyes National Recreation Area are within easy reach. There are hiking trails on the Inverness Ridge and throughout the coastal area. Point Reyes Station shops and restaurants serve an upscale weekend and holiday clientele from San Francisco and Marin County. There are also good restaurants in and on the way to Olema.
