This is a well-kept, beautiful beachfront cottage, with four bedrooms on three acres, with large lawns, stone-walled patios and steps leading to 150 ft. of Lake Erie frontage. The wide, private sandy beach is in the center of the bay and is gently-sloping, ideal even for young children. Very quiet, with a long private drive and only the sound of the lake. The house was built in the mid-1960's by a local builder for his daughter to take advantage of the steady breeze from the lake and has been in the same family since 1964. The cottage is centered around a large cathedral-ceilinged living room with a large stone and slate hearth and wood-burning fireplace. A large open kitchen with dining area looks out on the lake. Next to the living room is a screened porch, perfect for additional living or playing space. There are hardwood floors throughout.
We are near the scenic bike path, and 5 minutes away from good shops in the town of Ridgeway. There are many old trees providing shade, and a hammock looking over the lake. The kitchen is recently upgraded, and there is an underground sprinkler system to make the house carefree.
