This bright and beachy, three-story home on Cotton Bayou is ideal for a large family or travel group. On the main level, you'll find a sunlit great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and two pub-height dining tables to accommodate guests for meals or family game nights. You'll also find a cozy, centralized living area with twin sofas, a small wet bar, and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV, all illuminated by a wall of windows and set beneath a vaulted ceiling. On the lower level, you'll find a space perfect for entertaining with multiple seating areas, a cocktail table multicade game, a Bluetooth jukebox, and a wet bar with an ice maker. Outside, this home offers two furnished decks, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts, On top of that, a new boathouse will be fully constructed by the end of July 2023 and will include two 30-foot boat slips, as well as a 40-foot boat slip at the front of the boathouse.
For sleeping arrangements, you'll find comfortable bedrooms on every floor of this home including an exquisite top-floor king suite with a walk-in closet and en suite bath with a soaking tub, two rooms on the main floor connected by a shared bath, plus a kid-friendly bunk room on the lower level with two sets of twins.
Within walking distance of this home, spend sun-filled lazy days on the soft sugar-white shores of the Gulf of Mexico where you can swim, beach comb, or simply close your eyes, relax, and listen to the sounds of the surf.
