We are remodeling the condo with a new kitchen, both bathrooms and new flooring through out the unit. We hope to have the condo ready for renting in June. We will open the calendar as soon as we can. Direct Beach Access - sea, sun and sand right from the condo gallery, Bring the family and enjoy a spacious condo that is just three small steps from the white sand beach! Ground floor and beachfront. You'll get no closer to the water than here at Three Steps to Paradise. Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is less than 75 feet from the turquoise blue Caribbean. There is a gate from the condo gallery (patio) directly onto the beach. Strap on your snorkel gear and head into the water. The snorkeling is great at our artificial reef just a short swim away from the beach. We even provide the snorkel gear! Pour a cool drink and relax under the swaying palms to the sound of gentle waves slapping the shore while being caressed by the warm island breeze. The gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and fresco dining. This large outdoor living area has an unobstructed ocean view. The master bedroom features a king size bed and sliders doors open to the gallery providing a sea view right from your bed....wake to the sun rising over the shimmering Caribbean Sea. The guest room features two queen beds and sliders that open to a garden area view. Got little ones? We even have a Pack n Play for your use. The condo features central A/C should you need it or just open the sliders and enjoy the offshore breeze. Two bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels. Each bathroom have wall mounted hairdryer. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The full kitchen has plenty of dishware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances including microwave and a blender to try out some frozen drink recipes. Also, a coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning coffee. There is a washer/dryer for your use. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, dining for (4) and cable TV, and FREE WiFi. The sliders open to the gallery providing a fantastic breeze and view. Sugar Beach is a beachfront, security patrolled complex located close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and sight seeing. It has a salt water pool with plenty of deck space, gas grill, basketball and tennis courts. There are two restaurant/bars within walking distance and two grocery stores that are a short drive. A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended. A selection of activity brochures are available in the Club House located near the office and pool area. Being Safe during Covid Currently, wearing masks are required at all businesses on St. Croix. No Mask No Service is strictly enforced. Many businesses have hand sanitizer available but not all. So feel free to bring your own supply of hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes to use when out. Our condo is self-check in so that eliminates extra contact. We are no longer providing masks and snorkels due to COVID-19. However, fins are still being provided for guest use during their stay. Cleaning Procedures Keeping our condo clean and sanitized for our guests has always been a priority. Our cleaning company has implemented cleaning recommendations by the CDC due to the Coronavirus. The unit is ventilated before and after each booking. Surfaces are cleaned then disinfected and sanitized. Ready for fun, sun, and relaxation?
