This house was built from the ground up and has never been rented. you could be the first! Situated on five private acres, Three Pines is completely state of the art with no expense spared. If you have high-end tastes and don't want to compromise in any way while away from home, this house is perfect. Only 6 minutes to Windham mountain, rent for a week or a whole month. perfect for 6 couples or three families. Oak floors and radient heat throughout. One primary suite with king and 5 bars with queens. Four en Suite BRs with porcelain tile. Two living rooms, propane fireplaces, a huge deck. Two blow up queen mattresses make 8 large beds, total. Well appointed kitchen is Leicht, Vikng, Bosch and Dacor, kitchenette is Leicht & Bosch, there is a coffee bar, dining room to seat 10, organic towels and mattresses. All furniture is brand new! Two car garage with Tesla Charger compatible with all electric cars.
