Summary: The good: Plenty of beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Full size laundry. Easy walk to private access beach. Not so goods: Trying to contact customer service for issues was a nightmare; couldn't get through by phone and ended up texting - waited hours for response. There was supposed to be a beach access card in the unit, which was missing. It took almost 24 hours to gain access to the private beach. Also, there was no info on where the beach was and how to get in with the card. The TV in the living room didn't have a working remote and no way to turn it on without one. Both full bathrooms were on the top floor and attached to bedrooms. Would have been nice to have a shower on one of the lower levels to accommodate those sleeping downstairs. Parking is a nightmare with tight spaces and no enforcement for those entitled folks who park wherever they please.
