Positive: The location was very convenient for us. The smart door lock was very handy as we did not need to arrange picking up the key. There was a Brew Pub restaurant within a couple of blocks and a small convenience store also a couple of blocks away. Parking was quite available, though sometimes a block or so away. The townhouse was spacious, clean and the facilities were relatively new. All appliances and electronics worked. No alarm clocks or radios in the rooms, though. The host had ground coffee available and lots of dishwashing liquid and dishwasher soap. Soap and shampoo were available in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the stove, fridge and freezer were very spacious and new. We would certainly stay here again.
Negative: The rules about noise were quite strict. We felt a little intimidated to invite our family over, though the regulations did not exclude having guests for a social gathering. If we were staying on the lower level, however, we would have been delighted with the noise rules.
Summary: Spacious, clean townhouse in a good location.
