Relax and rejuvenate in our tastefully renovated patio home 15 minutes from Boca Grande and Englewood beaches. Access to 99 holes of golf within 15 minutes of the home and less than one mile from restaurants and shopping.
The main home boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand-new king-size Simmons bed, a 42” tv and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
You will enjoy cooking in the spacious, beautiful and well-appointed kitchen. There is a dining table that seats 6 which opens up to the comfortable living area with a 60” tv.
The guest house has a brand-new king-size Simmons bed, a 50' tv, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator and a walk-in shower.
An outstanding feature of this home is the oversized lanai area which features outdoor seating, a new outdoor dining table and umbrella with seating for 6.
The entire property promises a tranquil and relaxed lifestyle. With its convenient proximity to the beach and amenities, this home is perfect for those who value comfort, privacy and accessibility.
