Reflecting the sea and the sand, this condo is decorated throughout with soothing blues and neutrals. The comfortably furnished living room opens up to a south facing balcony with views of the ocean and a unique southern vantage encompassing North Ocean City and the bay. The fully-equipped kitchen has been handsomely updated with tile backsplash, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The owner allows access to the unit's storage locker located by the outdoor pool and supplies some beach equipment, including a few beach chairs and and some toys. Braemar Towers amenities include elevators for easy access, a centrally located outdoor pool with sundeck and ocean views, fitness room, game room and tennis courts. This property is located just a beach bus or car ride away from the Ocean City boardwalk and just minutes away from Fenwick Island attractions and Northside Park. See fireworks every Sunday evening at 9pm with outstanding views from both balconies! Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has two twins and the 3rd bedroom has queen. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
THIS IS A SIDE UNIT IN AN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. This building charges a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival- credit card, check or money order only. No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
