Positive: A very nice apartment with lots of space and everything essential needed. -I appreciated the fact that there was also basic things like soap, waste bags, chemicals for cleaning, salt pepper, table cloth. etc. -The location is great, especially for the winter time, when the restaurant under the terrace is closed. Fantastic sun set and view to the channel. -Easy to part as there is a very big parking spot. -The hosts (you get a hold to their contact details ones you are in the apartment) are super nice and helpful.
Negative: -Check in: no sms or email with code for the key box, because their system makes mistakes when copying numbers from booking to the Novasol/Dansomer system. If you come to that situation make sure you call Novasol within working ours, otherwise you may be in trouble. Not funny. -The extra bill of 16,2 EUR/day for electricity. I was alone in the apartment using the master bedroom, bathroom and living room for 17 days. I had the radiator on in the bathroom-non stop and the living room was heated only by an AC, which I turned on every day after 17.00 til approx. 23.00. All other 2 rooms+bathroom were not heated and were very,very (February/March). Be aware of the astronomic heating cost + 155 EUR for cleaning. -the furniture in the living room is not as nice as on the picture, its different -remember to bring towels and bed linen!
